Troqueles Sánchez exclusively offers the well-known TopMatrix™ material for flat and rotary dies — an innovative, patented solution for conventional die-cutting that improves cutting/creasing forces, resulting in superior performance.
How does TopMatrix™ technology work?
The surface of the ejection rubber on the die board (matrix) is laminated with a special plastic coating.
This TopMatrix™ plastic coating is applied over the entire blank area to be cut, or only partially, depending on the die’s requirements.

TopMatrix™ is available in two versions:
- Full TopMatrix
- Partial TopMatrix
